Thane also known as the ‘City of Lakes’ in Maharashtra with its vivid variety of beautiful sceneries and clean environment, Thane is an industrial town and is booming highly in every sector. With a population of nearly 2 million people, the city is situated at the mouth of the Thane Creek and south of Ulhas River, northeast of central Mumbai. The city is also counted as an expensive city.
