Floating Solar System Using a specially designed float and mounting frame, solar modules can be added to the center plate of a new tensioned floating cover. A series of special floats support solar modules on an island that is anchored on the water surface. Power is brought to shore using floating conduit and converted to AC power with an inverter on the shoreline.
